Kelsey joined the Immersion Lab as Director, Design & Special Projects but rapidly moved up to Practice Lead where she now heads up a significant line of business. She has Profit & Loss accountability for all of the firm’s integrated In-Market immersion programs which leverage immersion in an action learning framework to inspire new ideas about business challenges, the organization and the team. Kelsey manages global delivery teams in ensuring a high quality outcome for our clients and is recognized for bringing thought leadership, outstanding organizational skills, fun and a steady hand to this high-wire work.
With a background in learning, development and account management Kelsey has a robust platform for successful solution design and program delivery ensuring that large-scale client engagements are executed successfully.
Prior to joining The Immersion Lab, Kelsey was a Senior Consultant at Pivot Leadership, a Korn Ferry Company where she focused on design and delivery of complex projects for global organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, HP, AbbVie and Walmart. At Witherspoon & Heath, a start-up event software company, Kelsey handled clients and projects all over the world, with particular focus in the UK, Germany, and Singapore.
Kelsey was able to utilize her background in training and development and her passion for working on teams while at Nike’s Global Learning and Development team and gained retailed experience at Wrangler Jeanswear’s Retail Marketing department.
Kelsey received her bachelor’s degree in Communication at the University of Wyoming, and minored in International Studies discovering a passion for travel and learning about new cultures. At San Diego State University, she earned her master’s in Communication with an emphasis in organizational communication.
Kelsey enjoys reading, traveling, dabbling in quilting and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
Kelsey is an actual cowgirl. She grew up on a working black angus cattle ranch that has been in her family for 5 generations and is home to horses, dogs, cats, burrows, miniature donkeys and fainting goats.
Kelsey has ancestors who settled in Wyoming before it was a State!
Kelsey thinks mini-vans are cool, despite the societal belief they are dorky.
