Principal and Client Lead
Lee joined the Immersion Lab in 2006 and has made major contributions to developing, managing and implementing some of the company’s largest client engagements. With experience across a broad and diverse range of Immersion Lab programs from one-day to multi-day in-market immersions, intact team experiences and business study missions – Lee has facilitated the successful delivery of our Immersion programs around the globe.
As Program Manager for the highly recognized International Leadership Development Program for the South African Wholesale and Retail sector, Lee played a foundational role in designing this unique and highly complex experiential learning program. Recognized for its impact on developing a robust pipeline of leaders for the Wholesale and Retail sector in South Africa, it is now a university accredited Leadership Development program. Lee ptakes great pride in developing exceptional long-term relationships with all Immersion Lab stakeholders including clients, external partners, colleagues and associates.
Prior to the Immersion Lab, Lee worked for a company called Learn2, where they managed the delivery of programs (administrative and logistics), and was involved in program design. The Canadian Society for Training and Development has recognized Lee for contributions to an employee orientation and training program for Rogers Communications, Canada’s leading telecommunications company.
Lee studied Humanities at the University of the Philippines and Organizational Development at the De La Salle University and attended George Brown College for Human Resources Management. Lee is an avid reader and enjoys researching interesting client program materials.
MARTIAL ARTS student of arnis/kali/escrima, a martial arts form of weapons and open hand originally from the Philippines. As a member of Team Canada, she won one Gold and two Silver medals at the World Eskrima Kali Arnis Federation 2014 tournament in Hungary as well as 2 golds and 1 silver at the World Arnis Championship Tournament in 2015 held in Cebu City.
ENJOYS SINGING though she has yet to learn how to read notes.
